Role Summary:

  • Business Development Coordinator / Executive is responsible for generating leads through cold calls, identifying leads, creating & maintaining lead funnel, fixing appointments and arranging for demos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database creation and maintenance
  • Generating Leads and maintaining a funnel of leads
  • Fixing up appointments for company introduction & demo, follow-up on payment collection
  • Identify right target companies and audience within companies.
  • On time & accurate follow-up on payment collection
  • Principle and Vendor follow up
  • Keep complete record of the sales pipeline, billing and collection
  • Prepare daily call report for self and the team

Requirement Details:

  • 6 months to 1 year of Inside Sales / Lead Generation Experience
  • Preferred experience within IT Solutions / Services company in Sales / Lead generation role
  • Outbound BPO experience can be considered
  • Excellent Communication skill
  • Presentation skills on MS Power Point
  • Good interpersonal skills
