Pragma Unified Search is an incredible tool that facilitates fast searching across the different record types. By simply entering your search criteria in the general navigation search bar, you can perform the search operations. You need not to do anything as the CRM searches the required records for you.
Pragma Unified Search is Flexible and Configurable
By leveraging the fundamental Quick Find views of the particular entities, the Pragma Unified Search uses the existing configurations and the flexibility of the CRM organization.
The Unified Search is configurable in nature and the administrators are provided with the flexibility to choose the entities in order to search by using the Quick Find search fields. The search results proffer a mouse over preview of the searched records.
